LONYE 250W Base & Blade Gear Replacement for Magic Bullet Blender MB1001 (Set of 2)

Product Description: This food processing device is equipped to tackle a variety of tasks such as blending frozen drinks, making pasta sauce, chopping fruits & vegetables, and grinding coffee beans. It is specifically designed to handle tough, hard-to-chop foods. However, with prolonged use, the motor in the base gear may wear out.

Instructions: If you suspect that the motor in the base gear has worn out, check the blade inside the gear or the gear at the bottom of the base. In the event that it is indeed worn out, you will need to replace it. Here is how to replace the 250W blender base gear:

Step 1: Gather Tools You will need a dish towel, basic flat pliers, and a flat-head screwdriver (flat and narrow).

Step 2: Loosen Gear Using the dish towel to hold the blades, grip the gear with the pliers using even solid pressure. Turn the gear clockwise until it loosens and you see the small screws.

Step 3: Install New Gear Hold the blades with the towel again and screw the new gear in counterclockwise. Use the pliers to securely clamp down the gear.

Step 4: Remove Base and Plastic Part Using the flat-head screwdriver, access the notch at the bottom to remove the base and plastic part.

Step 5: Adjust Base Insert the screwdriver into the notch and use the pliers to rotate the base clockwise until you see the thread.

Step 6: Replace Base Hold one side of the base with the pliers and tighten it counterclockwise using the pliers.

Step 7: Finalize Installation Once the blade gear and rubber gear are properly installed, your blender should be in optimal working condition.

Package Contents: This package includes 2 pcs of 250W Base Gear and 2 pcs of 250W Blade Gear. Please note that these gears are specifically designed to fit Original Magic Bullet blenders only and will not fit any Nutribullet, Mini, or Baby Bullet blender. The internal screw hole diameter of the gears is approximately 4mm.
